How to get to bed early:
The cheap way- have some dicipline and go. to. bed. early
The expensive way- go on a trip to a place with a huge time difference for a week and come home on your new schedule...
I have gone to bed around 7 pm for the last two nights. Last night I woke up- wide awake 3am. After waiting around I finally went back to bed for a few more hours till baby B woke up.
Hoping I get back to "normal" before day light savings when time "falls back." I don't want to be going to bed any earlier than I have been!
